Graduated in Philosophy and International Relations, with Postgraduate in International Cooperation and Development.

 

Specialist in the design and implementation of SEA systems for development programs and projects, applying transversal approaches of gender, human rights, and disaster risk reduction.

 

She has worked in the Dominican Republic and Central America as a Strategic Planning and Monitoring and Evaluation Advisor for local and international NGOs, specializing in Public Health, HIV / AIDS Prevention, Gender-Based Violence, and Human Rights programs; applying the methodological approach of Theory of Change.

 

She is currently Director of MEL International Consulting and Manager for Latin America and the Caribbean.
