MEL International Consulting was born in 2014 on the premise that integrated and innovative MEL-SA systems improve the efficiency, transparency and effectiveness of development programs, ultimately contributing to the empowerment of change actors, the elimination of poverty and sustainable human development.

 

Our Mission is to support organizations committed to social change and human rights in the design of methodologies that allow them to empower themselves and empower change actors: improving the quality of processes, incorporating monitoring and evaluation in daily work, rigorously evaluating the impact of the programs, improving their accountability towards the stakeholders involved, systematizing knowledge and making informed decisions based on experience and learning.

 

Our Vision is to be a reference company in LAC and the United States for strategic planning, methodological design of MEL-SA systems, training, certification of quality standards and the production of manuals and tools for Monitoring, Evaluation, Learning and Social Accountability.
